In 2013, we collaborated on Transe, a contemporary dance performance staged at the Théâtre de Chaillot, by producing a series of visual pieces that bridge choreography and digital art.

Inspired by Mammy Water, the 1956 film by ethnographer Jean Rouch, Transe explores states of possession, rhythm, and collective movement—blending ancestral references with a contemporary, physical language.

Our work included the creation of immersive video mapping sequences integrated into the live performance, designed to interact fluidly with bodies, space, and light—enhancing the emotional and sensory depth of the piece

We also produced promotional content and a behind-the-scenes making-of, capturing both the creative process and the physical intensity of the rehearsals. These materials were designed to extend the reach of the performance beyond the stage and offer audiences a deeper look into the artistic intent behind Transe.

This collaboration reflects our passion for hybrid forms, where movement meets image, and where technology serves the living energy of the stage without ever eclipsing it.

/ Designing space for the body to speak

We collaborate with choreographers to craft digital layers—on stage or on screen—that amplify the physical language of dance.
