Since 2022, we’ve been working with Yse Consigne—a circular economy initiative promoting reusable packaging systems—to improve their digital platform through UX/UI consulting and service design.
Our mission focused on clarifying user journeys for both end users and partner businesses, simplifying access to the service while reinforcing trust, transparency, and ecological commitment at every touchpoint.
Through workshops, audits, and interface design, we helped structure a service that balances operational efficiency with educational value—making the sustainable choice the intuitive one.
